BILLING & INSURANCE

I do not take health care insurance at this time. 

You will be expected to pay (cash or check only) for each session at the time it is held, unless we agree otherwise. 

If your insurance agrees to pay, you will be given a detailed bill of services to submit as a claim. 

In circumstances of financial hardship, I am willing to negotiate a fee adjustment (sliding scale).

FEES

Hourly fee for the first 60 minute session is $120.

Follow-up visits are 30 minutes for $75

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELATONS

You are expected to pay the full amount of the session once you have scheduled an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call as soon as possible.

A 24 hour advance notice of cancellation is required.

Please do not use email to cancel or reschedule an appointment unless it is more than 48 hours from the originally scheduled appointment.
