How It Works: These meal plans simplify the planning process, providing you with easy, balanced meals for the week.  All of these recipes have been created and tested by dietitians.  And, these dietitians are passionate about foods that are BOTH healthy AND delicious!  The meal plans below focus on balanced meals to stabilize blood sugar levels, normalize hormones, decrease inflammation, and promote overall wellness.

Each week, you’ll receive a meal plan in your email inbox, including meals and snacks for each day and an automated grocery list for the week.  This will save you tons of time at the grocery store each week.  The plans emphasize real, whole foods with easy to follow recipes.

Intuitive eating coaching is for you if you are sick of dieting and sick of hating your body. You are tired of feeling trapped on the diet roller coaster and tired of constantly obsessing about food. As a personal chef and a dietitian nutritionist, I cook for busy families and individuals who want to eat healthy home cooked meals. I also cook for folks with specific dietary challenges such as food allergies, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. Services include: meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and clean up.
