Lemony Avocado Toast
What to get: 

  • Avocados
  • Lemons
  • Olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sea salt
  • Bread 
  • Eggs (hard-boiled)

What to do: Mash one ripe avocado with a fork in a bowl. Add about 1 Tablespoon olive oil, 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice, a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional if you like a spicy kick!), and a pinch of salt. Mash it up, and spread it on really really good crusty bread and top with hard boiled eggs.

Nutrition tip: Adding the egg will increase protein = longer staying power for breakfast. The trick to making perfect HB eggs is to put them in an ice water bath after they boil in water for 9 minutes. Enjoy!
