Natural Chef & Cooking Services

As a personal chef and a dietitian nutritionist, I cook for busy families and individuals who want to eat healthy home cooked meals. I also cook for folks with specific dietary challenges such as food allergies, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. My clients are tired of relying on greasy and salty take out foods and want to improve their health through eating whole plant-based diets.

As often as possible, I use organic, seasonal and local whole foods to prepare all meals.

Services include: meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and clean up. Meals can be eaten fresh that day or frozen to enjoy at a later time. I bring my kitchen tools and chef knives to your home. I typically cook in 4 or 6 hour time blocks weekly, biweekly or monthly.

  • $75 per hour plus the cost of groceries

Dinner Parties at your Home

  • Minimum of 4 people.
  • $40 per person*
